Preventive Maintenance:We conduct regular visual inspections, module cleaning, and thermal scanning of junction boxes and inverters to detect potential faults before they escalate. Cleaning schedules are customized based on geographic dust levels and rainfall patterns.
Real-Time Performance Monitoring:
All systems under O&M are integrated with real-time monitoring tools that track key performance indicators like daily generation, performance ratio (PR), inverter efficiency, and energy yield. Anomalies are flagged immediately through alerts.
Corrective Services & Downtime Management:
Our rapid-response team handles technical issues such as inverter faults, tripping events, and module replacements. We aim for a maximum 24-hour turnaround for C&I clients ansd 48 hours for residential systems.
