Installation & Commissioning
Civil & Structural Works:We begin with civil preparations such as mounting frame installation, waterproofing, and support structures for rooftop or ground-mounted systems. Structural integrity and wind-load resistance are validated before module installation.
Electrical Installation & Cabling:
Solar panels are connected using high-grade DC cabling, routed through combiner boxes to inverters. We ensure proper grounding, surge protection, and lightning arrestor installations in accordance with BIS standards.
Inverter Setup & Synchronization:
Inverters are configured and linked to the local energy management system (EMS). Grid synchronization is handled in coordination with DISCOMs to ensure stable energy export and import.
Testing & Final Commissioning:
Our engineers run a series of validation checks - insulation resistance, open-circuit voltage, current testing, and SCADA integration (for large systems). The system is formally commissioned once it passes all quality parameters.
